MAAC tournament moving back to Albany in 2015

The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference basketball tournament is returning to a familiar home.

The league announced Wednesday that starting in 2015 it’s moving the conference tourney back to the Times Union Center in Albany.

The MAAC has spent the past three seasons away from New York’s capital, hosting the event in Bridgeport, Conn., once and Springfield, Mass., the past two years.

Springfield will host the 2014 tournament.

The deal with the TU Center runs through 2017.

Siena plays its home games in the TU Center — capacity 17,000 — and the driving force to move the tournament away from Albany was the other schools pushing for neutrality.

They got that over the past three seasons, but also saw a steep decline in attendance. Last season’s title game between Iona and Manhattan in Springfield drew a crowd of 1,493.

Siena has the largest fan base among the conference’s now 11 members and a record crowd of 11,844 attended a tournament game played there between the Saints and Iona in 2000. The 2010 tournament — the last one held at the TU Center — brought in a total crowd of 53,569.

Albany has hosted the tournament on 15 prior occasions beginning in 1990.

It's possible, although I have actually only had it accompany black. Maybe that the cyan toner cartridge is defective, it may be tight.

I have been browsing online greater than three hours nowadays, but I never discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours.
It is beautiful value enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made just right content material as you
probably did, the internet will probably be much more helpful than ever
