Welcome back to the Trentonian's Full-Court Press blog. Yes, we're still alive, and with the 2015-16 season rapidly approaching, it's time to fire up the old blog for another season. Check back here throughout the year for updates on all things Rider and Princeton, including coverage of both the MAAC and Ivy League. Rider Gameday: at Morgan State

Who: Rider (2-9) at Morgan State (2-7)

When: Wednesday, 7 p.m., Talmadge Hill Field House, Baltimore, Maryland.

Radio: 107.7 FM The Bronc.

Last Time Out: Rider lost to No. 14 Providence, 73-65; Morgan State lost to Manhattan, 78-66.

Series History: This is just the fourth meeting all-time between the two schools with Rider holding a 2-1 edge.

Scouting Morgan State: The Bears enter Wednesday night’s contest riding a four-game losing streak, although their lone Division I victory is over Campbell, a Big South school off to a 7-3 start. Morgan State, out of the MEAC, has four players averaging in double figures, led by Cedric Blossom (13.8). The Bears don’t score all that efficiently. They average only 60.8 points per game and are being outscored by 12.4 points.

Scouting Rider: The Broncs are coming off a sixth defeat by eight points or less after falling to then-No. 14 Providence on Saturday. Rider fell behind 15-0, and although it closed to within one early in the second half, the Friars, who were playing without star guard Kris Dunn, held on. Jimmie Taylor has picked up his scoring of late, reaching double figures in the last five games. His 22 points against Providence were a season best. Kahlil Thomas has put in his two best performances against ranked opposition after posting his first double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds) against the Friars.
