AROUND THE IVY: Ancient 8 has tough Tuesday

Princeton's tough loss to Northeastern wasn't the only setback suffered by an Ivy squad Tuesday. The league went 1-4 on the day, with the only win coming against a DIII team.  Like the Tigers, Harvard also lost at the buzzer.

Columbia 74, Haverford 40 Lions get an easy win over the DIII Fords.
Fairfield 62, Penn 53 Former Princeton coach Sydney Johnson knocks off Penn in NIT Season Tip-Off.
New Hampshire 72, Dartmouth 58 After an opening win against Maine, Dartmouth falls to in-state rival.
UMass 67, Harvard 64 The Minutemen's Sampson Carter knocks down a last-second three to beat the Crimson.
